At Stylvion, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are only accepted if:
  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item has been delivered.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Conditions

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
• Change of mind or size issues will not be accepted for returns.

Refunds & Exchange

• Cash refunds are not offered.
• For approved returns, you will receive:
  • An exchange for the same or another product, or
  • Store credit to use on your next purchase.

Delivery & Charges

• Stylvion offers free delivery on all new purchases.
• However, in case of a return or exchange, delivery/return charges are paid by the customer.
• Charges are as follows:
  • Rs. 250 for the first suit.
  • Rs. 50 for each additional suit in the same order.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Process

1. Contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number, product details, and clear photos showing the issue.
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return/exchange.
